日南車站Nichinan Station

日南車站建於民國11年，是標準的海線木造車站，本站最大的特色，是那設在側邊高處，狀似牛眼的「牛眼窗」，從月台觀看，便可以見到醒目的牛眼窗就穩穩的鑲在高處，而車站四周草木茂密，綠意盎然，儘管夏日再熱，太陽再大，在本站也享受綠蔭帶來的清涼。
Nichinan Station was built in the 11th year of the Republic of China. It is a standard marine line wooden station. The biggest feature of this station is the "bull's eye window" located high on the side, which looks like a bull's eye. 最早也最有紀念價值的一張車票，是於民國51年，由「日南站→基隆」的普通票，在當時，車票被面依然印有著『保密防諜人人有責』，而這些具有紀念價值的車票，則成了紀念這一站美麗而深具歷史意義的最佳收藏。
