鷺鷥賞鳥專區Egret and Bird Watching Zone

濱海處的木麻黃防風林，則有為數眾多的鳥類棲息，有小白鷺、夜鷺、黃頭鷺、班鳩…等。前面有人工魚塭隔絕人類干擾，每到黃昏，成羣白鷺鷥回巢，加上水中倒影，蔚為奇觀。在堤防上，欣賞海邊落日夕陽、吹著海風、聽著海浪聲，一天的辛苦，在此得到放鬆。
The casuarina windbreaks on the coast are home to numerous birds, including little egrets, night herons, yellow-headed herons, class doves, etc. There is an artificial fish pond in front to isolate human interference. Every evening, flocks of egrets return to their nests, and their reflections in the water create a spectacle. On the embankment, you can enjoy the sunset by the sea, the sea breeze, and the sound of the waves. You can relax here after a hard day's work.

大白鷺Great Egret 普遍冬候鳥，體長90公分。全身白色，頸部甚長，停棲時呈S型。腳也長，腿灰黑色，腳、趾黑色。夏羽：嘴黑色，眼先藍綠色，背及前頸下部有長飾羽；冬羽的嘴與眼鮮黃色，背及前頸無飾羽。 A common winter migratory bird, with a body length of 90 cm. The whole body is white, the neck is very long, and it is S-shaped when resting. The feet are also long, with gray-black legs and black feet and toes. Summer feathers: black beak, blue-green eyes, long feathers on the back and lower part of the front neck; winter feathers have bright yellow beaks and eyes, no long feathers on the back and front neck.

綠繡眼Japanese White-eye
普遍留鳥，台語俗稱「青笛仔」，體長11公分。喉至上胸黃色，上胸羽色略淡，背面大致為黃綠色，眼鮮黑色，眼周圍白色，故稱「綠繡眼」。鳴聲清脆悅耳，性群棲，活潑好動，時常成群穿梭在木棉花、櫻花中吸允花蜜，不停跳躍或倒掛身軀。
It is a common resident bird, commonly known as "green flute" in Taiwanese, with a body length of 11 cm. The throat to the upper breast is yellow, the upper breast feathers are slightly lighter in color, the back is roughly yellow-green, the eyes are bright black, and the surrounding eyes are white, so it is called "green embroidered eyes". Their songs are clear and sweet, they live in groups, and are lively and active. They often travel in groups among kapok and cherry blossoms to suck nectar, jumping or hanging upside down.

紅鳩Red-collared Dove
極普遍留鳥，身長23公分。雄鳥紅褐色，雌鳥灰褐色，後頸部有黑色環。常發出似「咕-咕--」之聲，直線飛行。群居性，農作物收割的時刻，常會看到牠們的棲息蹤影。
A very common resident bird, with a length of 23 cm. The male bird is reddish brown and the female bird is grayish brown with a black ring on the back of the neck. It often makes a sound like "gu-gu--" and flies in a straight line. They are gregarious and can often be seen inhabiting during harvest time.

灰頭紅尾伯勞Brown Shrike
普遍過境鳥及冬候鳥，身長 18 公分。背大致紅褐色，翼黑褐色，額、眉色，眼睛有明顯之黑眼帶。常出現於農田與空曠地，喜歡停棲於突出物上。繁殖在日、韓、東北與西伯利亞，冬季遷移至南洋一帶。
Common transit and winter migratory bird, 18 cm in length. The back is roughly reddish brown, the wings are dark brown, the forehead and eyebrows are colored, and the eyes have obvious black eye bands. It often appears in farmland and open areas, and likes to rest on protrusions. Breeds in Japan, Korea, Northeast China and Siberia, and migrates to the Southeast Asia in winter.
