懷舊風親子焢窯Nostalgic parent-child kiln

想體驗古早味焢窯？來匠師的故鄉就對了！每家農場都有特色焢窯，提供場地、木材、工具、焢窯食材（土窯雞腿、地瓜、蛋、芋頭飯…等）、每一窯約可供10-14人使用。
依農場焢窯設備不同，焢窯約需等候1-3小時讓食材慢慢悶熟，等焢窯的時間，您可以全家或三五好友，到園區內逛一逛或到海邊觀察河口生態，或是體驗農場內豐富的DIY課程，2-3小時之後，就可以一起來開窯囉！
Want to experience a traditional clay kiln? Just come to the hometown of craftsmen! Each farm has its own unique kiln, providing space, wood, tools, and kiln ingredients (earth kiln chicken legs, sweet potatoes, eggs, taro rice, etc.). Each kiln can be used by about 10-14 people.
Depending on the equipment of the kiln on the farm, the kiln will take about 1-3 hours to slowly cook the ingredients. While you are waiting for the kiln to cook, you can go to the park with your whole family or a few friends, or go to the beach to observe the ecology of the estuary. Or you can experience the rich DIY courses on the farm. After 2-3 hours, you can open the kiln together!

葵海農場場地內有現成土窯，每位遊客可以體驗自己動手燒木材、包食物、準備泥巴、封窯，一般燒木材約一小時即可，到園區內逛一逛或到海邊捉螃蟹，二小時之後食物差不多也悶熟了，就可以一起來開窯囉！***葵海農場活動行程表

美景農場提供特製磚窯，下層可以悶烤食物，窯頂利用磚窯的高溫，放上鐵鍋，還能做其他料理，除了磚窯，還有用紅磚堆砌的烤肉區，讓遊客同時體驗烤肉+焢窯的樂趣
Meijing Farm provides a special brick kiln. Food can be roasted on the lower floor. The high temperature of the brick kiln can be used on the top of the kiln to place an iron pot and cook other dishes. In addition to the brick kiln, there is also a barbecue area made of red bricks, allowing visitors to experience barbecue + kiln at the same time.

農場主人特製雙層土窯，下方可以焢土窯雞、地瓜、蛋…等食材，農場主人還利用土窯的熱度，把土窯的蓋子改成平的鐵板，就能利用土窯的熱度同時烤魚，真是一兼二顧，摸蛤兼洗褲啊！用烘窯烤出的土窯雞，皮脆肉香又多汁，讓人忍不住一口接一口！

向日葵農場提供最傳統的焢土窯，遊客可利用農場特製的土塊，自己堆窯、包食材、生火、封窯…等傳統的焢窯，但焢土窯也需要最多時間，須等2-3小時才能開窯，等候的時間，歡迎體驗農場內的豐富活動，一整天都能體驗豐富的農村生活唷～
