當日新鮮現採，並經過人工細心等級選別與品質篩選，嚴選出特級芋頭，每顆芋頭都有「大甲芋頭」產地團體商標作為產地認證識別。芋頭選用勻稱飽滿，意喻「圓圓滿滿、幸福美滿」，又，採兩顆意喻「好芋成雙、幸福成雙」。

注意事項：
1.非供即食，請加熱煮食後食用。
2.削皮後表皮因與空氣接觸氧化，漸成褐化情形屬正常現象，不影響品質。
3.如未能一次使用完畢，建議盡快將芋頭削皮洗淨後，依料理用途切成塊狀、剖半或切丁等形狀後以保鮮袋密封後冷藏保存(7~14天)或冷凍保存(1年)，以確保新鮮品質，保存時應將袋口密封，避免香氣及水分流失。
4.經冷凍保存之芋頭，烹煮前勿將芋頭退冰處理，請直接以蒸、煮、炸等方式料理食用。
